DANUBE PROPERTIES LAUNCHES ‘GLITZ 3’ ON INCREASING INVESTORS DEMAND
The latest addition to the growing portfolio of Danube Properties was announced with the inauguration
of the third Glitz property, Glitz Residence 3 by Danube. Hosted at the Danube Properties Head
Office, the details of the upcoming venture were unveiled by the Founder and Chairman of Danube

Making this sale more attractive was the payment plan being offered by Danube to long-term investors and end-users, which requires the buyer to pay 10% down payment followed by 15% in 60 days. The balance amount is paid in 75 equal monthly installments of only 1% each.
